1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Aeon Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Miniature Legends solely for your
own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
2. Ownership
Miniature Legends, including but not limited to its software, source code, gameplay systems, characters,
artwork, animations, models, textures, sound effects, music, user interface, logos, trademarks, branding,
documentation, and all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by Aeon Studios LLC.
Certain guest characters or licensed content may remain the intellectual property of their respective owners
and are used with permission.
Nothing contained in this Agreement grants you ownership of any portion of the Game.
3. Early Access
Miniature Legends is currently an Early Access title.
By purchasing or using the Game, you acknowledge that:
- Features may be incomplete.
- Bugs and technical issues may exist.
- Gameplay systems may change substantially.
- Content may be added, modified, rebalanced, or removed.
- Saved data may become incompatible with future versions.
- Online functionality may change during development.
Your purchase grants access to the current version of the Game and future updates released during the Early
Access period unless otherwise stated by the applicable storefront.
4. Online Services
Certain features require an internet connection and may rely upon third-party services, including but not
limited to:
- Epic Online Services (EOS)
- Platform-specific online services
Aeon Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services.
Servers may undergo maintenance, experience outages, or be permanently discontinued at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, alter, or create unauthorized derivative works of the Game.
- Circumvent security features or technical protections.
- Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation software, macros, hacks, trainers, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Abuse gameplay bugs or exploits.
- Data mine or scrape the Game.
- Host unauthorized servers.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
- Sell or transfer game accounts.
- Interfere with the operation of multiplayer services.
- Engage in conduct intended to disrupt the experience of other players.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
6. No Modding
Miniature Legends does not support user-created modifications.
You may not create, distribute, install, or use unauthorized modifications, plugins, injected code, or
altered game files without prior written permission from Aeon Studios.
7. Community Conduct
When using multiplayer features or official community spaces, you agree not to:
- Harass or threaten others.
- Engage in hate speech or discrimination.
- Impersonate another individual.
- Distribute malicious software.
- Spam or intentionally disrupt services.
- Encourage cheating or exploitation.
Aeon Studios reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban players who violate these standards.
8. Community Suggestions and Character Submissions
Aeon Studios may accept voluntary feedback, suggestions, gameplay ideas, or character concepts through
official channels, including our Discord server.
By submitting any ideas or concepts, you acknowledge that:
- Your submission is voluntary.
- No monetary compensation will be provided.
- Aeon Studios may adapt, modify, redesign, or decline your submission.
- If selected, your concept may be recreated in a different artistic style to match the Game.
- You may receive credit within the Game at Aeon Studios' discretion and in accordance with our published submission guidelines.
- Additional submission requirements published through Aeon Studios' official Discord server or website form part of the submission process.
Submitting a concept does not create employment, partnership, ownership, royalty, or licensing rights.
9. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you may not use Miniature Legends or any of its assets, including
but not limited to artwork, music, character designs, animations, models, textures, voice recordings,
screenshots, promotional artwork, or other copyrighted materials, to train, fine-tune, validate, develop,
or improve machine learning models, generative artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies
without the prior written permission of Aeon Studios.
Community submissions generated wholly or partially through generative artificial intelligence are not eligible
for inclusion in Miniature Legends under our published submission guidelines.
10. Streaming and Content Creation
Aeon Studios encourages players to create videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, tutorials, and other
non-commercial content featuring Miniature Legends.
You may monetize such content through platforms such as YouTube or Twitch provided that:
- the content complies with applicable laws;
- it does not misrepresent Aeon Studios or the Game;
- it does not distribute Game assets separately from gameplay;
- it complies with this Agreement.
Aeon Studios reserves the right to revoke this permission for abusive or unlawful uses.
11. Updates
Aeon Studios may release updates, patches, balance changes, bug fixes, downloadable content, or additional
features at any time.
Some updates may be required in order to continue accessing multiplayer or online functionality.
12. Third-Party Platforms
The Game may be distributed through third-party storefronts including:
- Steam
- Epic Games Store
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms and conditions.
Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and a storefront's mandatory legal requirements, the applicable
storefront terms shall govern to the extent required by law.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the storefront through which the Game was purchased.
Aeon Studios does not independently process refunds.
14. Termination
Aeon Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game immediately, with or without
notice, if you:
- violate this Agreement;
- cheat or exploit the Game;
- use unauthorized software;
- engage in abusive behavior;
- attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Game or its services.
Termination of access does not entitle you to any refund unless required by applicable law.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIATURE LEGENDS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
AEON STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,
ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Game will always be available;
- servers will remain online indefinitely;
- bugs or defects will be corrected immediately;
- gameplay will remain unchanged;
- updates will preserve previous mechanics or features.
16. Health and Safety
Miniature Legends is intended solely for entertainment purposes.
Some visual effects may not be suitable for all players. If you experience dizziness, discomfort, seizures,
motion sickness, or any adverse physical reaction while playing, discontinue use immediately and consult a
qualified medical professional.
The Game is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health advice. If you are
experiencing emotional distress or a mental health crisis, discontinue use and seek assistance from qualified
healthcare professionals or your local emergency or crisis services.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aeon Studios LLC, its members, employees, contractors,
affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Game.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Aeon Studios' total liability shall be limited to the amount you
paid for the Game.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within
Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Changes to this Agreement
Aeon Studios may update this Agreement from time to time.
When material changes are made, the updated version will be published through the Game, our website, or the
applicable storefront.
Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
20. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable platform terms, constitutes the entire
agreement between you and Aeon Studios regarding Miniature Legends and supersedes any prior agreements
relating to the Game.
22. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the
Miniature Legends Privacy Policy, available at:
